Under the Streetlamp offers not only an incredible evening of music and laughter, the band moves forward with a mission. The group has a history of creatively joining forces with performing arts venues and not-for-profit organizations across the country in an effort to raise significant funds for causes ranging from arts in education to fighting cancer, leukemia, and AIDS. Under the Streetlamp is overjoyed to report that the group has recently surpassed the three million dollar mark in raised charitable contributions.
Under the Streetlamp seeks opportunities to strengthen the communities we visit through fundraising efforts, musical workshops for students, or no-cost access to the show for financially challenged concert-goers. Under the Streetlamp is proud to have partnered with United Way, Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, Boys and Girl’s Clubs of America, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and National Parkinson’s Foundation, to name a few. Under the Streetlamp welcomes the next opportunity to help make a difference.
